Surface setting not showing up

I have no clue what happened. I was working on a model, shut down the program and came back an hour later. I opened Daz, loaded in a fresh G8 model and I get this for surfaces. None of the settings show up unless I click the arrows and open each one individually. I've tried to reset my preferences, restarting Daz, I'm just not sure what I did
