Cannot start either Daz3D Studio or DIM

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Several days ago, it starts to malfunctioning and pops up warning like 'Configuration has changed' something, the studio was still working tho. But rencently both the DIM & the Studio are quickly shut down after logging in or loading plugin. Tried to reinstall daz3D studio but not working.

Can somebody help to solve this problem please?
