I can't save my scence - Fixed sort of

I just started having this problem.  The last time, I had to reboot.  When I try to save my scene, I get an error that the file name I'm trying to create can't be found.  It makes no sceance.  See attached error message.  I trying stopping and starting CMS and that did nothing.  I just worked hours on this scence, I don't want to lose it.

Well with an hour or so wait, it fixed itself some how.

I see the error message says "Filtered Save". I don't know what that means. Did you try to save into a search results window? I know that doesn't work, but the error message is usually different than what you got.

Filtered save, I think, just refers to the file type options http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/referenceguide/scripting/api_reference/samples/start#save_filters

Ah, yes, I see. There is nothing unusual about Daz Studio saying "Filtered Save". So that isn't a clue the problem.
