How to switch off visibility on multiple bones

Is there a way to switch off a selection of several bones all at once? I only seem to be able to do this one bone at a time

    Select all of the bones and use the Visible button in the Parameters pane, in the Display group. if that doesn't work, open the Parameters pane option menu (by clicking the lined button at the top of the pane, or by right-clicking the tab) and make sure that Display Separate items isn't checked.

    I was focussing on the Scene tab!
