Can't Get purchased product to load

I bouoght this product called "The Last Stand"

I can't for the life of me get it to load. I tried resetting the DB and reimporting the metadata

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the product. Still no luck.

The log says things like this:

Any idea how to resolve this? I have a number of other products that have similar issues.

    Are you installing with Daz Connect (inside Daz Studio)? If so, it is likely that the Daz Connect download file is corrupted, as indicated by the "Syntax error - expected '{' or '['" error message. that happens a lot with Daz Connect and is one of the reasons I gave up on it. You will probably have to submit a help request and ask them to fix the download file, if you insist on using Daz Connect.

    Where are all these Poser (_Ps) and Poser Companion (PoserCF) files coming from? Did you install those with DIM or Daz Central?  You don't need those for Daz Studio.

    You should not be installing products with both Daz Connect and DIM (or Daz Central). Daz Studio will always use the Daz Connect version even if you also install with DIM or Daz Central. Since the Daz Connect version is corrupted, installing with DIM or Daz Central does you no good unless you UNINSTALL from Daz Connect.

    The Last Stand contains both 3Delight and Iray environments for Daz Studio. I installed The Last Stand DS with DIM. Both  the 3Delight and the Iray set load fine for me. So, there is nothing wrong with the product iteslf.

    Hmmm, I uninstalled in Smart Content panel in Daz Studio and reinstalled in DIM. Now it seems to work in the Content Library but is unavailable via Smart Content. I could not get it to install properly in DS.

     

    UPDATE: Actually, if I went to Smart Content and right-clicked to update meta data without installing it there, it seems to have accepted the DIM install.
