Movie Maker

Hello... Sorry about this.. Just got from your site the Movie Maker for 3D Studio... it will not install in to the dir// for me both from the Install Manger and direct from down loads
I have a 64 bit computer....24 GB ram but it says that it can not install I have Studio 4.7 up and running any clues Ian:coolsmile:

    What folder are you trying to install it in, and what error message are you getting?

    Firstly, I'm going to assume you've got Movie Maker DS 4.6. If so, when you tried to install it did it give any error messages in doing so?

    Unfortunately, there's not a lot of information to go on at the moment but if it's failing to even install then it's either an issue with the installer, or the install location.

    There has been an error
    The instation path for Daz Studio could not be found

    :-) I have Daz 4.7 it was installed via the down load manager so it is in the correct place Ian

    It looks like you're trying to install the DS3 version of Movie Maker.

    Hello.. there was no thing on the add to state that it was not for the new version of DAZ 4.7

    Can you link to the product you purchased? It's worth bearing in mind that there is a Movie Maker for DS 4.6 specifically which should work for your needs.

    Hello.... I have went on site down loaded the files direct have them all.... It is just the plugin that I can not get loaded... states that it can not find the folder It may not be able to work on 4.7 version Ian:-)

    Since the message talks about the DS3 version it looks like you have the original version of Movie Maker, the one which is simply called "Movie Maker for DAZ Studio". This product doesn't work with DS4 at all (and it was stated on the product page IIRC), you won't be able to install or use it with DS 4.7.

    Check what version you have in your order or in your product library.

    If you just purchased the DS3 version then send a support request to Sales department and ask them for a refund (there's a 30 days moneyback guarantee) so you can get the new one, which is the one HeraldOfFire linked to.
