MST Waverly For Sahira 8 Download failed

I have tried downloading [MST Waverly For Sahira 8] this character to the same folder as all Gen 8 stuff but I keep getting download failed message while using install manager. I was able to download and install Gen 8 items and other things before and after trying to download her. I tried everything I can think of. I then went in to the log files and found this information but don't know what to make of it.

    Have you opened a support tikcet? I don't have the character to check, but the error does look as if the file is simply not there or not correctly referenced.

    I haven't opened a ticket yet but will do that now

    I couldn't download her either. Eventually I just hid her in DIM.
