Transfer Utility is not transferring bone rotations

Hi all

I'm trying to use the Transfer Utility to transfer the skeleton from an older version of a model I'm making to a new mesh, but when it transfers the rigging, it doesn't transfer the rotations/orientation of the bones.

I imagine I'm missing something simple with this. 

Suggestions? Thanks

    Figured it out; it was general weight maps and needed to be triax
