Reality 4 license help

Hello! I just purchased Reality 4 and installed it but I can't start it up because I can't get past the registration window because I've no idea what serial number I have.. Does anyone know where I can find it?

    Go to your account (top right of the page) and check "Your Serial Numbers" You may need to sign in again to get onto your account, as it is on the secure side of the site.

    Okay, now, how do I install it? I bought it, too, and it doesn't LOOK like you just extract to the runtime directory. I can't find a readme anywhere...

    Inside the ZIP file, is a file called RealityInstaller.EXE. Just run it.

    So i found my serial number ok, and my order number, but registration doesn't take...anyone else having this problem?

    Not for me anyway, it worked first time.

    Can you give some more information please, Operating System, version of DAZ Studio, and are you running the program as Administrator? Also, what happens exactly when you try to register R4, and error messages?

    It would say that the Error Message would be displayed below, but then there was no message...I finally got around it by registering Manually, so I'm good, thanks!
