Windows updated and suddenly cannot attempt new renders

So. now whenever I try a new render Daz just immediatly renders in five seconds leacin me with a grey screen render.

It's probably given you an older driver version, if you are using the GPU only.
See these two threads re. the most recent Win 10 update. It seems that the update affects the appdata folder. For me it re-set DS back to the fresh install settings. Lost all saved workspace settings and my preferences. Windows 10 updates are now force installed so there's not anything you can do about it.

What do I need to do?
Go to www.nvidia.com and follow the links to download a newer driver if that is the issue.
I think Windows/NVIDIA tries to find and auto update the GPU drivers. I've seen pop-ups saying something like "New Game-Ready driver available" a few times. As Richard says, it's always best to get the drivers directly from the nvidia site.
If needed, you can block Windows 10 from automatically updating drivers; see https://www.tomshardware.com/news/how-to-stop-automatic-driver-updates-windows for more information.
Be aware that this does mean that you'll need to update ALL drives at the manufacturer's sites yourself, not just Nvidia.
I updated form NVidia and stil can't get anything. Funny it still renders my old scenes.
