Creating a Realistic Animated Beach Scene in Bryce

This is what I have so far. The water is, finally, moving in the same direction as the clouds. But where the land meets the water, it just doesn't look right. Also, I would like the waves to crash onto the shore, how do I do that in Bryce?
In Voyager, the water automatically splashes onto the shore. It even has a foamy appearance. In a nutshell, that's what I'm looking for in Bryce.
Thank you

May you should check out David Brinnen's shoreline effects video tutorials here one example : https://www.bryce-tutorials.info/bryce-tutorials/introduction-create-shoreline-effect-terrain-tutorial/
I think Mermaid's Tipp will help you. David Brinnen made some wonderful Tutorials for that what you want...
Thank you for the replies. The effect isn't quite what I was looking for, and I don't see a way to animate it with key frames. Maybe a feature request for Bryce 8 (which, at this rate, we should see in 2086).
Maybe you should have a look at David and Horo's product : https://www.daz3d.com/bryce-7-1-pro-high-resolution-terrains-set-4
While the tutorial by David Brinnen will help in making a set of breaking waves, the difficulty, of course, is to let them roll in. I have no clue how to do that, unless with many single versions, moving waves and letting new ones pop up, linked into a movie.
I recall seeing some videos on wave animations, but unfortunately i can't find then anymore, at least the ones i think about. Perhaps they were deleted.
Sadly, looks like very few practiced animation side of Bryce, and some of approaches were not documented. Not sure whom would be better to ask on ideas/suggestions with that.
While for making a static images, be sure to learn all those tricks and advice from David Brinnen & Horo videos, i agree.
edit:
This person many years ago was trying specifically shoreline waves, but they never explained what they were doing. Clip. <- short video.
Some other ocean animation bryce videos i see, even with explanations, but none of those seem to be close to this above.
However, in case this would be helpful still...:
