Can't find Genesis 8 Female Body Morphs

I just bought a base model pack called Genesis 8 Female Body Morphs today

but when ever i tried to open the product in Daz central, it always come up with this message "could not find the "42073" product. 

I tried to install with both manual and install manager ways but none of it worked

My Daz version is 4.15pro

please help me

I'm not clear - is it failing to install, or is it apparently installing but not working? What exactly are you doing when that alert pops up?

I have the same exact problem, couldn't find a solution.

I'm having this problem too. If I try to open Genesis 8 Female Body Morphs from DazCentral, I am getting a "could not find the "42073" product" message. same goies for the head morphs; I get a "could not find the "42075" product", and nothing loads.
