changing email address

hi,

this is a question about the forum :-)

i'm trying to change the address where i get email notifications. but when i try to change the email address, i have to submit my password. but the thing is, the password only gets recognized when i leave the email address unchanged (it seems to check the present combination of email and password, and email is exactly what i want to change). I'm spinning in circles :-)

anyone know?

    Are you trying to change the email address using your account, on the store pages? (the little man icon)

    The email needs to be changed for both Store and forums, so you need to make sure that you are logged in to the store (using the old email) before you try to change it.

    yes, that's the weird thing. my email address for the store (the one i buy stuff with, right?) is okay, and i get everything from daz on my new, right emailaddress. the only things that still arrive on my old one are forum notifications. i'm logged in to my store account, but i can't change the forum email apparently.

    Ah Your best bet is to contact DAZ 3D directly, using the Contact us button and submitting a ticket to CS (sales dept probably)
