Sea and Sep files not installing

I copied the two files to My Daz Connect Library\data\cloud\install

Then I went into Daz Studio, clicked on the Smart Content Tab then Click on Install Offline Products.

Nothing happens! The two files are still there, but the product didn't install.

Help?

I had that issue with the manual connect installs not working for a loooong time and just quit trying.  It did used to work with no issues, thought I don't remember when it stopped working.

edit:  ... or with which version, but it was way back DS v4.9xx days.  I did just try with an old version I have running 4.9.2.70, a white window pops open for a second, goes away.  Install folder still has the sea and zip files, not installed and no lines added to the error log.

Ok, glad it's not just me. I mean, not that I like that it's happening to you too....  :(
