Missing Props for Thursday's Child teddy bear and Them Bones bones

Recently, I've had a rash of missing props from some of the older products. In most cases I reinstall and they reappear. Not in the cases of Thursday's Child weird teddy bear or the Them Bones bones. The base props are simply not there, regardless of my reinstalling using a few methods. What happened to those two products? Does anyone know?

Both of those products are in Poser format - are you installing the Poser files (if they come with both I think the native Daz Studio files will be materials only) and are you looking for them in the Content Library under Poser Formats?

Thursday's Child bear says this on the Product Page:

Compatible Software: Daz to Blender Bridge, Daz to Unity Bridge, Poser

    Install Types:

    SKU:28663

Them Bones says this on the Product Page:

    Compatible Software: Poser

    Install Types:

So my question has now changed. Since it says they can install through DAZ Connect DIM can they be used in DAZ Studios? If not, do you know a service that can adapt these to DAZ Studios format?

Yes, they can be used in Daz Studio - but they are in Poser format, so they are not found in Daz Studio Formats in the Content Library and, being older, their metadata may not be fully correct so they may not appear in the database-driven lists. If they installed correctly they will be in their folder in Poser Formats.

I don't know about the teddy bear, but Them Bones does not have full Metadata, so cannot be found in Smart Content.

If you installed correctly (I did mine through DIM as I always do) then there are two installers: the first with the props themselves, the second a StudioCF installer which adds 3Delight shader settings for them.

They can be loaded in Daz Studio from the Content Library tab from:
Poser Formats - <your content library name> - Figures - Them Bones (where you will a grave prop and the skull, which is rigged so the jaw will open), and
Poser Formats - <your content library name> - Props - Them Bones (where there are 8 skeleton props and 5 bones piles)

then to add the DS materials:
DAZ Studio Formats - <your content library name> - Shaders - Them Bones

Thank you for the information. I didn't know things can be loaded from the Content Library tab. I don't have Poser, so I guess these are going to be limited for me.

Daz Studio can read basic Poser formats, and at least one of those has Daz Studio materials which can be applied to the model after it loads (or they may apply automatically - look for a little scroll icon att op-left of the file thumbnail).
