Spotty bakes

For some reason my bakes are turning into weird pop art. All the polygons are baking like they're subdivided and unconnected but the model itself isn't even subdivided.

Any idea what is going on?

Meh, just ended up baking it in another program and it worked fine. Don't know why DS won't bake 'em.
