"Point at" makes my model cross-eyed!

I appear to be doing something wrong here - help!
When I try to point each eye at a camera or primative. One eye seems to point vaguely in the right direction, but the other does not. Am I missing something? Is there a better method to get the model to look at the camera while moving their head?

Thanks in advance!

Are you setting each eye to point at yorur object? I usually use a null object as my focal target. With a null you can move it as needed to get the eyes where you want them without having to worry about your "focal point" showing up in your render.

I've been using two of mCasual's scripts to do this for a long time now.

mcjStareAtTheCam if I only need the eyeballs to move.

mcjLookAtTheCamera if I want the head to move.

I've found that rotating the character on any axis (I use "X rotate") and then undoing that move will generally snap the eyes to where they need to go.
