Hi! I want to know how can I have my contents in DAZ Studio 4.7 Pro. Is it by downloading?

Is this the first version of DS you have used? If so, did you download and install Genesis Starter Essentials and Genesis 2 Starter Essentials from your My Account > Products Library. If you have other content that you have bought, then you should use the DAZ Install Manager (DIM) to download and install for you.

If you already had content installed, you need to tell DS where to find it in Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager.

What content are you thinking of?

You get many megabytes of content free with DAZ Studio, Genesis, Genesis 2 Female, Genesis 2 Male, and Default Lights and Shaders. What are you looking for exactly?

How did you install Genesis Starter Essentials, using DIM (DAZ Install Manager) or by yourself?

If you used DIM, it will have been installed by default into C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library, and that library needs to be listed as a content library in Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager as BOTH Poser Formats and DAZ Studio Formats.

What pice of content is giving you the errors?

Can you please post a screenshot of the error that you are getting?

I'm sorry, you will need to give much more information before I can be of any help.

Can you please try to answer the questions I asked above?

    Did you install using DIM?
Have you looked in the Content Directory Manager as suggested above?
If you did not use DIM, where did you install the content to?

I have not installed DIM and I have installed the content in C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library. I have also done what you said about Content Directory Manager.
I don't know how to post a screenshot.

When you reply to this post, just above where you click on 'Submit Post', there is a button called 'Browse'. Use Browse to find the image on your machine, then hit Submit Post. Do this at the end of your message.

If you installed the files yourself, did you put the contents of the ZIP file directly into 'My DAZ 3D Library'?

A screenshot of your My DAZ 3D Library would be a better option. Directly under My DAZ 3D Library, you should have a lot of folders like, Aniblocks, Camera Presets, data, People etc. etc. You must NOT have a folder called 'Content', if you do, then you must empty that folder directly into My DAZ 3D Library.

Do you have a folder called Content?

We have a language problem here, so I will try to explain more fully.

Everything that you have in My DAZ 3D Library > Content must be moved up one level to My DAZ 3D Library. You should NOT have a folder called 'Content'.

Empty the folder called 'Content' and place everything into My DAZ 3D Library as shown below.

It is okay. Thank you very much. Is it the same thing for Genesis Starter Essentials Poser CF?

Yes, all the zips from DAZ 3D have a folder named "Content" at the top -- it's just a placeholder and you only want what's inside it.

Take the folder called "Runtime" and merge it with the "Runtime" folder in "My DAZ 3D Library"
