Smiling Faces Inconsitensies ??

I notice a strange issue re smiling. I only get the issue with the Vo Rose and the Nimue HD for Gen 8.1

Look at the screen shot and the control for "mouth smile open " and Mouth smile open wide does not work, I am unable to show a lovely toothy smile in regards to these two models. the other models No Problem. Note that these items are not "colored" like other items in the box. Is there anyway to "turn them on" so I can make these figures smile better?
