I was just wondering if I purchase an item that has several items bundle with it , like ruins, rocks,ivy,wood ect, can they be used in other art works ? for example if I buy a background and a model of something, can I use those items above within the new one i am doing or do I have purchase the items again individually .

Once you have bought a product it can be used in whatever artwork you wish to use it in.

Many people make a habit of doing what we call "Kitbashing" where we combine elements of all sorts to produce something completely different in an image.

The same applies to any model, paid-for or free. As long as you don't include the mesh in some kind of application (like a game), you only buy it once and use it as it pleases you ;).
