Solution For These Who Want To Save Clothing Presets

I had trouble saving a clothing or wearable preset. When I tried to save a piece of clothing as a preset it said I had to have a figure in order to save the wearable preset. I did save the wearable preset with the figure.

 

When I tried to load the wearable preset it loaded a figure instead of the wearable preset.

 

I discovered something you can do. Instead of saving the clothing item as a wearable preset, you will have to save it as a scene subset.

A wearables preset requires that the items be parented, with the root of the hiearchy a figure. The preset will then apply when the same figure is selected.
