    That's strange. It works for me.

    I am working in a customized layout that I previously saved. Maybe you are working in a layout that can't be changed for some reason.

    I use the same (default, with minor customization, and not saved) layout, and it works for me (or at least it does in 4.12, can't access the latest version right now).  You can also double click the name to make it editable.
