DMC files. How can I modify them?

Hi all,

My question concerns DMC files in general. Is there a tutorial, or something from which I can learn to make changes to some of the channels and the way they affect the model.

For example; I want to make a charecter turn to the camera before they speak. However, when the charecter starts to speak, it resets to zero and speaks looking away from the camera.

Where in the DMC file do I look to make it operate the head (for example) around the value I want rather than around the zero?
