Transfer Utility missing???

Okay, I've been trying for an hour to find the transfer utility, which used to be in the obvious place (Edit>Figure (or Object)>Transfer Utility) but it isn't there now. Here is what the dropdown looks like for me. Where is it, and is anyone else having this problem? I'm sure it's something simple and I'm just an idiot but help would be appreciated.

Your menu looks strangely incomplete. Try, from the menu, Window -> Workspace -> Update and Merge Menus.
