Help to install Bridges for an older version

I manged to install an older version of daz 4.12 to be exact,

and even though i am on widows 10 , i installed the content folder in the Documents folder instead of public documents ,

i want to install GoZ and Daz to Cinema 4D bridges.

can any one help me with this, i want to do this without install manager (as i tried and failed ), but if its necessary  i will install they way its suggested and recommended.

The plug-ins will be version specific so if you didn't back-up the installers for the DS v4.12 your out of luck.
