Hair Cap Error

Hello Guys,

I have this error - probably because I have a 104% scale on the figure. There are no sliders to adjust the hair cap and I am going nuts.

(the error is the lines that are created from the head cap not fitting the head properly; sadly there are no pose morphs like OOT has to adjust the cap)

Any help for a solution that works for all hairs? Any add on that I can buy to use it on any hair cap?

Thank you so much - this is so frustating and it drives my mad

    Found a solution:

    1. Add a smoothing mesh - keep standard low values

    2. Unhide the scale property and increase as needed.

In my case a 0.5% increase in scale did the trick... I was lucky this time, usually the smoothing and scaling doesn't work so nice.

If anyone knows a universal hiar morph, I would love to hear of it.

    Thank you

Mesh Grabber is the most universal. You can also use it to fix clothes. https://www.daz3d.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=Mesh+grabber I would suggest taking a day to learn how to use Hexagon. It's free and not very hard to use. It can do all and more that Mesh Grabber can. Though it is a bit buggy.

Change the "Instance Optimization" property. It doesn't matter to what; just go through them and it will probably go away. If that doesn't work, try turning the scalp's opacity down to 0% or, as you suggested, using a smoothing modifier.

    Thank you all,

I will try all the ideas. I like Hexagon and I know a little bit about it.

The hair is: MRL Amara Braids
