Misc tab missing

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I have no misc tab in paramters for character body parts, eye for example, which means unable to point at anything. Is this a bug?

    Depends on how the properties are grouped, and what you have selected. If you are looking for Point At it's now under Constraints.
