Downloads fail in Install Manager Win7 64-bit

I have 2 Win7 installations that I use for different purposes on 2 separate HDs. On the main one I have had Install Manager on it for several years & have installed several thousand assets.
So I wanted to install everything on the 2nd Win7 HD, and I was able to install Install Manager just fine, but when I login, it shows me all of my assets to download.
The problem is that everyone of them fails to download.
So I copied them from my other Win7 HD, and when I open up Install Manager,it wants to install them (which I am doing now).
But I have some other things in the download folder that needs to be installed, but they all fail (Blender Bridge, Install Manager Update, DazCentral update).
Why does it fail to download anything?
