I'm not sure what the rest of this jacket looks like, but based on the edge of the coat, this is what I found. However, since I haven't purchased them myself, I'm unaware if the collar is adjustable. Perhaps some post work in GIMP with multiple renders would give the effective of it sitting higher than it actualy is.

I own this https://www.daz3d.com/leather-jacket-for-genesis-8-males and the collar is adjustable, but not in the way the OP is looking for. You can only rais it up a teeny bit, and even if you turn off limits, it still won't go straight up.
