Missing Files in runtime folder not found

Hi,

I'm trying to load a duf file from a friend, but get "Missing Files" errors (see screenshot 1).
I had purchased the products and also copied it in the runtime folder (screenshot 2/3/4/5), but the runntime folder seems to make problems, it seems it is not recognized.
The "runtime" folder is also not shown in the "Content Library" of DAZ Studio 4.15 Pro not in the "My Library".
Any suggestions? Is there an other path where I need to copy the files?

System: DAZ Studio 4.15 Pro Windows 10 Pro.

Thank you very much for any help!

Your fiend doesn't have their library set up properly so the references  in the scene file are absolute paths instead of relative paths.

I think it's an issue on the saving system - it looks as if the My Library folder is probably both a content directory in itself and also the child of a content directory. When DS saves it isn't clear which to use as the starting point, and the extra folder ends up in the path and so can't be resolved on your system. If that is the issue then uncompressing the .duf files (assuming theya re compressed), opening them in a text editor, and using search and replace to get rid of "/My%20Library" should resolve the issue (search for the term, replace with nothing).
