SY Skin Transform for Genesis 8 Results in the textures being applied inside model

I followed all the instructions in the guide, but when finished, my attempt to use it resulted in it appearing inside of the model itself instead of on the outside skin texture. Is this a bug or is it a result of it inverting itself due to a mistake I made?
