Windows 10 thumbnails bug out after renders

Hi! Truth be told, I'm not sure whether this should be posted in the DAZ forums, or a Windows forums (in part because I'm not sure whether this only happens when rendering in DAZ, or if it's any memory-intensive task) - I'm not even sure whether this is the right subforum, to be honest ; that said, maybe you guys can help me?

Basically, the title is fairly straightfoward. Whenever I render now and I have folders open with picture or video thumbnails, they all bug out and become white. To fix it, I need to delete the thumbnail cache and restart Explorer, which as you can imagine is a little tedious to do everytime. This has started fairly recently, and I can't really pinpoint anything that would cause it. Does anyone have any clue as to what I could do?
