Tool for tanned and wet skin

Hi,

I am looking for a tool to make tanned look and wet look for the skin. This must work at least on Genesis 8 and 8.1 males and females. And it must work with third-party anatomical elements.

I noticed "Ultimate Iray Skin Manager" and "Wet and Tanned Skins for Genesis 8 Bundle" from the same vendor. Probably there are more. Can someone explain the difference between this two (and maybe other) products and give me a suggestion?
