Arrange axes on the object

Hello, can someone please help me? The 3 axes (XYZ) are far away from the object, how can I arrange them on the object.

Change the hip bone's translation to (0,0,0).

Thank you for your help. Where can I find hip bone's translation? I am a Beginner.

Select the hip bone, then go to the properties pane. The translation is at the very top.
