Locked out of my install manager

Hi i wonder if someone can help me, i been a member over 4 yrs now and got over 2000 products to install and that's just threw daz, recently i had to wipe my computer completely and re install everything from the start, but my problem is that my install manager wont let me sign in, i got half my stuff installed but now when i open install manager it keeps giving message," unable to log in to specificate account. Verify the email / and or password", its got my name there but that does not work with password, so i added my email address and the first time it worked but then after when i went again to start the installer it comes up with that message

I so want to get back into doing my work PLEASE SOMEONE HELP:-S

    I just got the same message, but just clicked "login" gain after "ok"ing the error and logged in just fine.
    It may just be a hiccup in Daz's site.
