Ideal Beauty Shapes - Install issue

Greetings all,

 

I'm a semi-new user to DAZ and I'm having a pretty big issue with Ideal Beauty Shapes: Feet for Genesis.  I've installed this product now multiple times, tried manual install, DAZ Studio, DazCentral, and DIM to try and install it correctly, but nothig seems to work.  I've tried all things I can possibly think of including editing the .dsx file, purging the database, updating the metadata, using the db manager to update file locations and I can get Daz to see the files, but there is zero function, the images for the functions dont update and I'm at a loss.

 

Anyone else had this issue with this product or possibly another product and they were able to fix it?
