Viewport freezes as soon a character is loaded

I recently purchased a new laptop with i5 11th gen cpu with Intel Xe graphics, however, when I load any character in the scene the viewport freezes. Other parts of the daz studio work flawlessly, just the viewport remains frozen. I have uninstalled daz studio and reinstalled it however, no change. I am using the latest daz studio 4.15

 

I need urgent help regarding this issue.

    Which display mode does the viewport use?

    Which preview mode are you using? Check to see if there are neer (or older) drivers for the Intel graphics chip. Is the intel the only GPU in the system, or do you have an nVidia or AMD GPU too? If you do, use that for DS.

    I have tried smooth, textured as well as iRay. None seems to work.

    I tried smooth, textured, iray still same issue. And my laptop has only intel Xe graphics which just came out this recently. 

     

    There  is one thing that I have noticed though which is after I loaded a character in the scene the viewport still works like I can move around using keyboard controls, however, as soon as I move the mouse pointer, the viewport freezes. After that keyboard controls spot working too.
