How do I change my email address?

I have lost access to my email address so I need to change my email address used for this site to a different one.  How do I do that?  I haven't gotten any change of email address thing in my new email address so I don't know what to do.

    You may need to open a support ticket - since you don't have access to your old email do that without logging in on the support ticket side

    I got the ticket confirmation email but not the change of address confirmation email.  I think it is Saturday so it probably won't be dealt with until Monday at the earliest.  Thanks for the help!
