Genesis poses don't work with V4?

I have a V4.2 figure and when I try to apply Genesis poses to it, the body moves but the arms and legs stay in a fixed position, even with poses that say they work for V4.

I would expect that there would be separate poses for Victoria 4, possibly in the Poser Fomats folders.
