Accept button grayed out - Reflection Designer from Riversoft Arts

The accept button is grayed out in Reflection Designer, so nothing can be saved.  Also, only one preset can be selected even though the documentation says otherwise.  The Lighting Designer works fine (companion product).  Any help would be appreciated...
