Is the Victoria 8.1 HD Add-On missing an interactive license?

Hi everone! I recently purchased some content for 8.1 and am considering purchasing some interactive licenses. I noticed most of the daz originals hd add ons have this option but don't see it on the Victoria 8.1 add on. Was this intended? (I'm assuming it's not.) Thanks for your time!
