Whats with the Forum search??

trying to find 'relevant' discussion/help is just about impossible in forums because the search interface is just, well lame as all get out. I mean type any kind of search string and all you get is every occurance of every portion of the string! enve 'it' 'the' 'and'... not to mention letter 'trains embed in other words (like Smooth gets things like 'the other, )
Is there no IT presence covering forums? It is not like that hard to build a proper search interface... which begs this next question...
is DAZ willing to pay a decent stipend? I'd consider the day and a half time needed for a fair price....

Yeah, I always use Google to find something in the Daz studio forums. Normally the keywords I am interested in, followed by daz3d.com/forums/. That helps a lot.
