Excessive Poke Through

Hi,

Besides problems with hands disappearing into walls etc. I've been scratching my head over another related problem. When I clothe a character the interaction between character and clothes is fine. The collision and smoothing settings work fine. But if the clothes overlap like most real clothes do, they disappear in and out of each other at random. Is there any way to set one article, say a sweater to be on top of a skirt or pant on the same character? This goes for underwear too. Right now I can't put any on because they pass through the clothing above. This restricts the pose and camera angles I can use, especially for seated characters, unless I want my figure to flash the camera. Is there a way to do this?

There is no basic collision between objects and figures (hands<->walls), you need to take care of that yourself.
And for layered clothes, is that a set or a kitbash? There are several ways of handing that, one is to let the clothing items collide against the items under them, shirt -> Figure, Vest >- Shirt for example. anotherone is to use either a bodysuit or a shell and collide against that (there are special bodysuites for this).
