Exchange

I was wondering if they could make it possible for people to exchange items with one another. You know between users. Would that be a possible thing? Instead of a return you come to the forum and post what you would like to exchange and if someone wants it the can switch items.

    Content is registered to a person's account on DAZ3D sort of like software or other items you buy online on any given website so that wouldn't be something possible. You would need to put in a ticket to get a refund and then purchase a different item which then would remove the previous purchase from your account and then add and "register" the new one as being owned by you. Hope that helps explain why it is not allowed.

    I understand that but couldn't ownership be switched between the 2 parties handled by the same people who handle the refunds?
