    Thank you mermaid and adbc.

    The Frame and Ring and a rotated instance if it within a sphere with some reflection, a bit diffuse and transparency. Light and backdrop from the Ernie-Clouds HDRI (free on my website). Difficult to do a render with such cool objects without rendering an anaglyph as well.

    Horo, Very nice render on the previous page, I like the reflections and colour combination. The new one makes me wonder whether I should have my eyes checked, because of the slightly wobbly/vague effect by the reflection.

    This version of the Knotstand came about partly accidentally. I wanted to put the object in a reflective cube, but accidentally put the cube on top of the object. I wondered why the reflection was only at te top until I looked at it after rendering blush. But the effect is kind of nice. Next, I will put the object inside the cube!

    Hansmar - thank you. Your Knotstand came out fantastic. Difficult to see where it ends on top and the reflection starts if the object is unknown. The accident resulted in a great display.

    Hello all, I apologies for not keeping up with my tread. I got these up just a few days before going into the hospital for planned procedures. So I've been kind of out of it for awhile. Glad to say round 1 is complete & successful.
     I really like  & enjoy the renders. Will be taking a break for awhile from creating any content for Bryce & Poser. But will try to ceate some renders for future challenges & just keep up with the forum . Best wishes for all & keep on Brycing.

    adbc, I couldn't figure out which 'strange object' you used until I read your description.  Excellent use of two to create a unique design.

    adbc,: Wow, that looks really good!

    I used GeoDome1 and made it very big, put the camera inside and one of Horo's lenses (VigEWL_180) in front of the camera. A sky by Clay H (Star extreme haze). Texture of the object is also by S Ray (silver reflection), ground plane is disabled.
