Desert soldier Helmet attached to head?

Hi,
totally newbie here,
I've just downloaded the Desert soldier and everything it's working ok but the helmet is not following the pose of the figure.

Any ideas?

How did you put it onto the figure?

If you have the figure selected first, and you double-click the item, it should parent the hat to the figure and to the head, most of the time (just generally true).

However, if that is not working, you can right-click and use "fit to" to get it to fit to your figure.

If it still fails to follow the head of the character, right click and "change parent" and change the parent of the hat to the figure's head. When all else fails, this usually seems to work.
