Octane render missing after installation

Hello, guys! I have installed octane render via Daz Central. Uninstalled and reinstalled Daz studio. Reinstalled octane through Daz manager and still cand find it in plugins nor octane render icon!

All i have done was according to the tutorial and still seems to be missing!

    Are you online and logged in to Otoy?

    even after logging in with Otoy and following everything that was needed, and despite help from Daz still would not load the plug in, eventually had to ask Daz to delete it from my account to stop it from showing in the Smart content area
