UATHelper: Packaging (Windows (64-bit)): ERROR: Missing precompiled manifest for 'DazToUnrealRuntime'. This module was most likely not flagged for being included in a precompiled build - set 'PrecompileForTargets = PrecompileTargetsType.Any;' in DazToUnrealRuntime.build.cs to override.

I'm getting this error every time I try to package my game. is this fixed or not I'm very confused.

That was a bug in an older version. You can get a newer version from Daz Central if you're using UE4.26. Otherwise you need to download it here: https://github.com/daz3d/DazToRuntime/releases/tag/4.1.0-unreal
