Hexagon Installation problems

. i purchased hexagon 2.5 a couple of years ago and didnt use it ,, and just recently tried to install it only to find my serial number that is valid gives me a message saying its not valid..

    for the hex serial, run Hexagon as Administrator (right-click and Run as administrator, not just run from an administrator account) to enter the serial

    of course i did that and i get invalid licence duh duh duh duh duh

    Can you check to make sure that you only have one serial number for Hex in your account. For some reason I have 2 in my account and only one works.

    You've given very little information so a lot of questions need asked, such as
    Does the license you're trying to enter match the one from "my account -> license keys" on the website here?
    I dunno, maybe from 2 years ago, they emailed out keys for all I know and have since updated the keys to be in the account page instead.

    Or maybe you have a firewall blocking Hex's access to check the key?
