Connecting two character movements animation

Hi guys. is there any way how I can connect movements of figure two to figure one I have already animated? 
Something like that?

It's done on gen3  (don't know if it working with gen8 chars) chars with some scrypts not buildet into Daz studio originaly. Is there way how to make it in builded daz tools? IK chains for example? 
Cause I tryed and failed hard. If use IK chains, yes it moving second character hand nicely (If I moving null manualy), but problem is parenting. Cause if I use IK chain to null that I will parent to first figure shoulders. And plays it. Null (optically) moving but IK chain not reacting cause Null's axis (X,Y,Z) are not changing because it's parented. 

So is there some item's that breaking that parenting rule? Or How I can make that. 
I'm will be very thankfull for any advices.

  • been playing with this specifically lately. try this create a NULL add the hand/hands IK chains of charater you want to follow other character to the NULL. then parent the NULL to the part you want the hands following like upper chest (even though its the shoulders you want followed) when the charater you want followed moves the hands should follow.
